UPDATE: The Pure Workflow Zapier has been deployed on March 8, 2022.
It is a private Zapier integration and you will not be able to find PureWorkflow on the Zapier library directly, you must enable Zapier via Pure Workflow's Settings/Integrations options.
Pure Workflow Zapier will become public when we have 50 active users using the zap.
Many Pure Workflow users rely on Zapier automations to keep client and task data in sync across multiple apps, such as Slack and Salesforce.
1. Log into your Zapier account or create a new one. (Note: You will not find Pure Workflow in the list of Zapier Apps until our app has 50 users and is published in their library.)
2. Log into Pure Workflow to the Integrations Tab
To integrate Zapier with Pure Workflow, you'll need a Pure Workflow API key and account.
To find these in Pure Workflow, click Settings across the top, choose Integrations, and click on the Zapier Integration as seen below.
Note: when creating a client with a Zap from any App the email address of the client must not match any email of another client or user in your Pure Workflow App. This will show a 422 error in Zapier. It can happen when testing a zap that you use your own or another users email to test set up. Contact Support if you have any questions.
Zaps can consists of one or more actions post-trigger. For some examples of common Zap - Pure Workflow, see this Zapier page.
