In addition to creating a new task from an email, you can also add an email to an existing task. The task can be one already set up for the client, a task already set up for another client, or a task template.
Open the email, and click Add email to existing task.

In this example, the task list was filtered to show only those already set up for this client.

After clicking Link to task, the email will appear in the task’s Emails tab.

The email will also appear as a client email.
Note: Associating an email with a task also helps to keep client files organized.
