Integrating Ignition with Pure Workflow, via Zapier

If Zapier is integrated with your Pure Workflow account, you can integrate Ignition actions into your Pure Workflow.

 

Important: When setting up the Zap from Ignition to Pure Workflow you must use a Formatter Step to slip the Ignition Full Name into First and Last Name for Pure Workflow.

This is done with two formatter steps to split out first name and then last name.

In the Pure Workflow Step you will select the first and last name from the Formatter Step. Here is an article from Zapier on how to set that up.

Important: when creating a client with a Zap from any App the email address of the client must not match any email of another client or user in your Pure Workflow App. This will show a 422 error in Zapier. It can happen when testing a zap that you use your own or another users email to test set up. Contact Support if you have any questions.
